The Groupho Guarantee

Although nearly 99% of our customers are satisfied with their group photos, there may be instances where your photos don't meet your expectations for various reasons. At Groupho, we are committed to providing the best customer experience possible. Therefore, we are more than willing to offer a complimentary redo or a 100% refund in such cases.

However, because our product is digital, and to prevent abuse, we have implemented several policies to ensure fairness and maintain a high-quality product for everyone.

What Doesn't Qualify for a Refund

We may not be able to provide a refund in the following scenarios:

  • Not Following Our Upload Instructions: If you are dissatisfied with your output, we will examine your uploaded photos to verify that you adhered to our upload instructions.
  • Using Your Photos: To prevent abuse, downloading your photos is considered as using your product. You will have the opportunity to preview all of your AI-generated pictures before downloading.
  • Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

How To Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Customer Support by emailing support@groupho.com or using our chat support. When requesting a refund, remember to include the email address associated with your order.

How Long Do Refunds Take

We will review and respond to refund requests, in accordance with this policy, within 1-3 business days. If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
